Terms

Terms of use and sale

The service, the account, the plans, withdrawal and cancellation. Cybridia trains you for the CISSP exam; it does not award it and does not guarantee that you will pass.

Updated on

These terms govern the use of the Cybridia service, published by the person identified in the legal notice. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of them.

1. Purpose of the service

Cybridia provides training for the CISSP® certification: a question bank in the exam's own format, a course for each domain, revision flashcards, timed practice exams, an adaptive mode and progress tracking.

What the service is not. Cybridia awards no certification, prepares no endorsement file, and has no link with ISC2. It does not reproduce the questions of the real exam: its questions are written for this service. No exam pass is guaranteed — training improves your chances, it does not replace them.

2. Account

The account is personal. It is not to be shared, and the password is not to be disclosed. A valid email address is required; the display name, on the other hand, may be a pseudonym.

An account may be suspended for use that plainly breaches these terms: sharing access, automated extraction of the question bank, or attempting to circumvent usage limits.

3. Plans and prices

A free plan gives access to the whole of domain 1, to a daily quota of training questions and to a separate quota of practice-exam questions. The paid plans — monthly, six-month and annual — open the full bank, the practice exams, the adaptive mode, spaced repetition and the detailed statistics. The prices that apply are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of the order, in euros; applicable taxes are calculated at payment according to your country of residence.

4. Seller, payment and invoicing

Subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record. That company is therefore your seller in the legal sense: it takes the payment, collects and remits the taxes, issues the invoice and answers for the contract of sale. Its own buyer terms apply to the transaction, in addition to these.

Card data is handled by that provider; it does not pass through this site and is never stored here.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term unless cancelled before it. Cancellation is done online, from the account settings, which open the seller's billing portal — under article L. 215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code, it is as simple as subscribing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access stays open until then, and nothing is owed for the following period. No pro-rata refund is made for the period already paid for.

Changing plan mid-subscription takes effect immediately; the price difference is calculated pro rata and added to the next instalment.

If a payment fails, access is maintained while the seller retries. It closes if the subscription is ultimately declared ended.

6. Right of withdrawal

The service is digital content supplied immediately. By placing an order, you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal as soon as supply begins (article L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). That acknowledgement is collected by the seller at payment, in its buyer terms.

Refund requests are addressed to the seller, which handles them. They may also be sent to the publisher, at the address given in the legal notice, who will pass them on.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is, with continuous availability as the goal, but without a contractual service-level commitment. Interruptions for maintenance or incident are possible. The question bank, the course and the flashcards are enriched and corrected continuously: their content changes.

8. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for a failure at the exam, for an occasional error in a question or its explanation, or for a loss of progress following the deletion of an account by its holder. Any error reported is corrected in the bank.

9. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator or to the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
